Production Challenges

With a short development timeline and multiple disciplines working simultaneously, one of my primary responsibilities was making sure everyone understood what needed to happen, when it needed to happen, and how their work affected other members of the team .

I organized our production workflow around clear tasks and milestones, using a Miro board to give the team a shared understanding of our progress. I also scheduled meetings and facilitated communication between disciplines so that problems could be addressed before they became blockers.

Working Across Teams

MassDigi was a larger operation than our development team. I coordinated communication with six external teams  helping keep expectations, deliverables, and development needs aligned across groups. I also mentored  producers on teams from the UAE, helping them stay organized and resolve conflicts.

This experience taught me that production is often less about telling people what to do and more about making them realize what they need to do, ensuring they have the right information at the right time in order to figure it out.
